- People of all genders, gender identities, and gender expressions
- People of all nationalities and religions

- Affirm the humanity and dignity of all. There is a place at the table for everyone.
- Commit to providing safe, sustainable, livable wages and working conditions to all of our employees.
- Display the “Solidarity Restaurant: A Place At the Table for Everyone” placard in their establishment.
- Offer or obtain informational support through One Fair Wage.
- Participate in a peer network to exchange ideas and strategies.
